The cutting tools roughing operating is at 2563.22rpm/30.7586ipm (inches per minute). Axial depth is .1875 ap, and the radial depth is .300+ ae.

The first video shows the mentioned roughing operation using a tool that has a 1.4" reach, the second is showing a tool that has a 3.1"reach. Both tools are used in conjunction with one another to achieve part depth and increase cutter insert life as well as rigidity for the first half of the operation.
